BLACK MANHATTAN
2oz - Rye Whiskey
1oz - See the Elephant Amaro
1dash - Angostura Bitters
1dash - Orange Bitters
Add all ingredients in mixing glass with ice. Stir until chilly. Garnish with Amarena cherry.
AMARO SPRITZ
3oz - Soda Water
2oz - See the Elephant Amaro
Top - Squeeze of Fresh Lemon & Prosecco
Start with the amaro, add ice, pour soda water. Then top it off with your lemon squeeze and Prosecco. Admire the color. Garnish with plump green olive and lemon twist.
AEREO ELEFANTE
3/4oz - See the Elephant Amaro
3/4oz - Straight Bourbon Whiskey
3/4oz - Giffard Pamplemousse Liqueur
3/4oz - Lemon Juice
4 - Torn Basil Leaves
Mix all ingredients in shaker with ice. Shake enthusiastically. Garnish with fresh basil.

ELEPHANT FLIP
2oz - See the Elephant Amaro
1oz - Cacao Nib Infused Grappa
3/4oz - Benedictine
Bar Spoon - Cocchi Dopo Teatro Vermouth
1 - Whole Egg
Mix all ingredients in shaker. Dry shake. Fill shaker with ice and shake again. Strain into glass. Garnish with Amarena cherry, shaved chocolate and orange zest.

CAFE CAPPELLETTI
1 1/2oz - Reposado Tequila
3/4oz - See the Elephant Amaro
3/4oz - Cafe Borghetti
1/2oz - Sfumato
1/2oz - Salted Honey Syrup (Honey + Water + Sea Salt)
Mix all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake enthusiastically. Strain. Dry shake for dream cloud texture. Garnish with salted grapefruit wedge.

ITALIAN ESPRESSO MARTINI
1 1/2oz - See the Elephant Amaro
1oz - Fresh espresso, chilly
1/2oz - Coffee Liqueur
Mix all ingredients in shaker with ice. Shake enthusiastically. Strain. Dry shake for foamy pillow on top. Garnish with tre espresso beans.
ELEPHANT RICKEY
6 - Cherries, pitted
1 - Half of Lime
1oz - See the Elephant Amaro
1oz - Kentucky Straight Bourbon
1/2oz - Simple Syrup (1:1 sugar:water) this is optional ;)
1oz - Soda Water
Place the cherries, squeeze the lime half round, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker to muddle gently. Add the bourbon and See the Elephant amaro then fill with ice. Shake until chilled. Double straight into large old fashioned glass - kudos for pebble ice here. Top off with cold soda water. Garnish with lime wedge and cherry.
