Happy Holidays! Enjoy your amaro, digestivos and eggnog cocktails this festive time of year!

Imagine this... you’re going to that Christmas party and want to bring something that stands out, is a little different, but definitely delicious. Rucola amaro. It’s the perfect gift. Linger around the table and share a digestivo this holiday season!

ELEFANTE SPREZZANOG

2oz Eggnog (use a homemade recipe or store bought is okay!)

1oz Brandy

0.5oz See the Elephant Amaro

0.25oz Allspice Dram

0.25oz Creme de Cacao

2 Dashes Angostura Bitters

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker for a 10 second dry shake (no ice) then add ice for a 10 second wet shake.  Pour into a rocks glass. Garnish with fresh nutmeg.
