Return Policy

This policy applies to merchandise purchases only (apparel, accessories, branded goods). Amaro purchases are handled separately through your local retailer or distributor and are not eligible for returns through this store.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. To start a return, email us at hello@elephantamaro.com with your order number and reason for return.

Exchanges

Wrong size or color? We're happy to exchange within 30 days of delivery, subject to availability. Same condition requirements apply.

Damaged or incorrect items

If something arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item, we'll make it right — no questions asked. Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number.

What we can't accept

Items returned after 30 days, worn or washed items, and sale or final-sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
