See the Elephant Amaro is a great way to riff on a negroni by swapping the sweet vermouth.

September 21-27 is Negroni Week so we wanted to share with you a few Negroni Riffs Made with See the Elephant Amaro for you to Celebrate!

The classic negroni recipe is simple, elegant and of course delicious. How could you possibly improve on something so perfect? Just three equal parts of Campari, Gin and Sweet Vermouth as it’s classically made. However, in our wonderful world of See the Elephant we like to mix things up and that’s why we’ve gone ahead and made a few negroni riffs for you using See the Elephant Amaro in place of the Sweet Vermouth as a nice substitute with a fun new flavor for your to try!

Let us know what Negroni riffs you'll be making.  Have fun with it!  Do a coconut fat washed gin, use a split base on the amaro, boulevardier-it-up, it's the Campari and whatever you're doing make sure you do it with love and share with a friend because you won't know until you go.
